Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 2 days of purchase.
• Product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items marked as clearance or on final sale.
• Opened software, hygiene-related products (e.g. earphones), or tampered goods.

Exchanges:

• We can replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
